Facade Grant Program

To incentivize non-residential exterior reinvestment in our Historic Downtown District, the MSM Design Committee administers a Facade Grant Program. Eligible projects include:           

• painting
• tuck-pointing
• window repair/replacement
• signage
• lighting
• awnings
• doors

Projects considered for this program must adhere to the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Building Rehabilitation. Grant amounts may be as much as 50% of the total project cost, not to exceed $2,500.

Major funding for the MSM Facade Grant Program is provided by Van Drunen Farms.
